MusicTV.com found an old archive from Dick Clarkâs American Bandstand 40th Anniversary party where Chubby Checker came to party. Dick was there and Chubby and when time came to twist the night away none other than Tom Ridge who would become the first head of Homeland Security. Tom Ridge was the only one who would cut the rug with the king of Twist. He really looks like he can cut a rug. Watch this video!
